Clear Measure Way Assessment

Clear Measure Way Assessment

PURPOSE

Use this assessment to determine how you measure up against the principles and practices defined in the Clear Measure Way.  This assessment can be used by other team members to complete their own assessment.  After comparing answers, you might identify areas that differ and need to be explored further as a team.

There are three answers to the questions presented:
  1. NO
  2. On My/Our Way to YES
  3. YES
Answer the questions based on how the question should be answered NOW.   If NO is answered, then add the item the issue list to be addressed.  If "On our way to YES" is selected, then be sure to identify what needs to be completed to get you to a YES.

It's always okay if something is added to the issue list.  Identification of issues brings clarity.  Clarity provides opportunity for your software delivery to become be done with quality, more stable, and faster.

At the appropriate time, feel free to retake the Assessment to see your progress.

Upon completion, a copy will be emailed to you.
